Please note the following:
If you have problems connecting to a GFOXX or synchronizing it, in most cases this is because the Bluetooth stack of the mobile device or the GFOXX has "hung". In this case, we always advise you to completely restart the mobile device. You can also "reboot" the GFOXX Bluetooth Stack by pressing and holding the activation button for about 20 seconds. After that, most problems are usually fixed.
Clear Bluetooth cache and data.
Android devices often have Bluetooth problems. In addition to restarting the device, deleting the Bluetooth cache and data also helps here. This can be done in the Bluetooth System app. Since each manufacturer has its own Android version, the display of the system apps may have to be activated first. Please search the internet for instructions. Then under Bluetooth App --> Storage --> delete the cache and the data.
