 Q: How do I activate a GFOXX?

 A: By pressing the red big round button on the GFOXX for 5 seconds. Only when the green LED lights up 3 times is the GFOXX activated and starts recording the temperature.

 

Q: How do I download the GFOXX APP?

 A: In the Appstore for Apple or in the Playstore for Android. Enter "GFOXX" in the search here, or scan the respective QR code in the enclosed operating instructions

 

Q: How do I create a temperature report?

 A: Click on the respective tile of the GFOXX. Now press "Create report". To generate the most recent report, first click on "Start synchronization". Now the temperature data from the internal memory of your GFOXX will be loaded into your APP. TIP: This also works as a group sync! See operating instructions for details.

 

Q: My temperature reports in PDF are blank?

 A: It is imperative that you synchronize your APP with your GFOXX. You can only do this if you are within range of your GFOXX and have Bluetooth turned on.

 

Q: Some tiles are grey, some are green?

 A: The tiles with a green background are within Bluetooth range, the ones with a gray background are too far away. In order to read these, you have to reduce the distance.

 

Q: How long does my GFOXX last?

 A: at 0-30°C your GFOXX has a lifespan of one year. Significantly shorter in the freezer.

 

Q: How do I deactivate a GFOXX?

 A: You can no longer switch off or deactivate an activated GFOXX.

 

Q: How do I load a new GFOXX into my APP?

 A: Open your GFOXX APP. At the bottom right is a + in a circle, press it and then select "Connect Device". Now scan the QR code on the GFOXX

 

Q: How do I rename a GFOXX?

 A: In the app you can see the individual GFOXXes with their respective ID (e.g. FE9718166798) click on the 3 vertical dots at the bottom right of the GFOXX tile. The top tab is "rename"

 

Q: How can I set a temperature range?

 A: In the app you can see the individual GFOXXes with their respective ID (e.g. FE9718166798) click on the 3 vertical dots at the bottom right of the GFOXX tile. The second tab is "Set target temperature", now select the range you want.
