Hello from Polarfoxx.com support

Please note the following:

If you're having trouble connecting to or synchronizing your GFOXX, in most cases it's because the Bluetooth stack of your mobile device or the GFOXX itself has "frozen." In this case, we always recommend completely restarting your mobile device. You can also "reboot" the GFOXX Bluetooth stack by pressing and holding the activation button for about 20 seconds. This usually resolves most issues.

Clear Bluetooth cache and data.

Android devices often experience Bluetooth problems. Besides restarting the device, clearing the Bluetooth cache and data is particularly helpful. This can be done in the Bluetooth system app. Since each manufacturer has its own Android version, you may need to enable the display of system apps first. Please search online for instructions. Then, go to the Bluetooth app --> Storage --> and clear the cache and data.

Android devices go into sleep mode

To use the alarm function and upload data to the cloud, the mobile device must be permanently connected to power and the GFOXX app must be running in the foreground. Android devices enter sleep mode after a certain period of time, even when connected to power. This can be disabled in the settings, but this requires enabling developer options. You can find detailed instructions in the user manuals.
